Every diver should know that diving outside a protected beach has to be done with a surface marker. For example, you dive outside the red and white buoys of the nature reserve or the south beach, you are no longer protected from boat traffic. You have to deploy a surface signalling device. This course teaches you how to do it safely and proficiently.
